Garden Street

Garden Street Iron & Metal is a full design-build project for the construction and installation of a completely new 98” scrap metal shredder with full ferrous and non-ferrous downstream sorting. Situated on 4 acres of brownfiled within an existing and operational scrap collection and processing facility, this project involved 140,000 SF of grading and concrete paving, 1,000 LF of concrete storm drainage, a 5,300 SF equipment building, 16,000 SF of prefabricated metal building canopies, and 150 concrete foundation elements.

Our in-house expertise in scrap processing facility design and operation enables us to guide and manage that design process from concept to completion. Through close cooperation with the owner we help to maximize operational benefits and efficiencies along with overall project value.
