Park Community Credit Union – Forest Springs Branch
Project Overview
Park Community Credit Union opened its newest branch, Forest Springs, in Louisville, KY this past January 2015. The branch is Park Community’s first in Kentucky to offer Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) technology, which allows customers to interact with live tellers working from remote call centers via real-time video. Upon opening, the 4,132 sq. ft. branch featured a total of 6 ITMs (4 inside and 2 the drive-thru) and 4 tellers. Park Community currently has locations in Kentucky, Indiana, and Alabama.
Kelley Construction was extremely proud to be a part of this project as well as Park Community’s new headquarters, which opened Spring 2018.
