Harbor House Intergenerational Center
Project Overview
Kelley Construction was contracted by Harbor House of Louisville for construction management services of their new southwest Louisville facility. Harbor House, an adult day care center for individuals with disabilities, broke ground in March of 2022. The 35,000 sq.ft. facility sits on two acres of land adjacent to the former property and houses classrooms, an art studio, cafe, and fitness studio with plans to add in a covered walking path to connect the two buildings.
