The Gamma Iota Chapter of the Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority recently constructed a beautiful new fraternity house at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY.
This 3-story wood frame brick house is just over 19,000 square feet and features an exquisite arched window over the doorway and a sweeping atrium upon entry. The house is equipped with bedrooms for chapter members as well as multiple living rooms, study areas, and rooms for socializing with large couches and televisions. There is also a full kitchen, a large dining room and a back patio with pergola.
