This impressive 75,000 sq. ft. tilt-up warehouse in Simpsonville, KY is home to Shady Rays’ headquarters and distribution center. Visible from Interstate 64, it’s the new hub for the most successful sunglass line in the country! The Kelley team was thrilled to turn this vision into reality. Sharing the tilt-up warehouse space is KCC Research and Development.
