Kelley Construction completed the installation of an 80’ ringwall tank foundation with ground improvement. This was the second of two foundations Kelley installed for this agrichemical facility, working to meet the growing demand from the agriculture industry. Our scope included the ground-improvement, load transfer platform, and 80’ tank ringwall.
