Project Overview
The historic MET Building is an 8-story building located adjacent to the Fourth Street Live! entertainment complex. In the center of downtown Louisville’s business district, our experienced team was able to renovate floors 6, 7, and 8, while completing nearly all the first-floor multi-use space. The Qdoba Mexican Grill project in the MET building was the springboard for constructing other restaurants in this building such as Pot Belly Sandwich Shop, Jamba Juice, and Smashburger.
