Project Overview
Bluegrass Supply Chain offers value-added warehousing services and transportation management solutions to enhance operational efficiency. By offering expanded capabilities and capacity, reducing time, touch, and travel. The Kelley team was contracted to complete this 250,000 sq. ft. ground up, tilt-up warehouse, with the design and build consisting of 7,500 sq.ft. tenant improvement space. This new addition, to the already growing community, created several new jobs and another Bluegrass Supply Chain milestone.
