Project Overview
The Kelley team expanded ProLift Toyota's existing warehouse by approximately 85,000 sq.ft. using tilt-up construction. An existing mezzanine was converted into office space in the original building as well as another mezzanine for office space in the expansion. This is the second time the Kelley team was contracted by ProLift Toyota Material Handling as our team completed the original building in 2018.
