Woodford Reserve Distillery
Project Overview
Woodford Reserve is in Versailles, Kentucky which is in the central region of the state. This more than 200-year-old facility is the oldest distillery in Kentucky. In 2014, Kelley Construction began erecting 2 new barrel storage warehouses and a barrel transfer building for Woodford Reserve. The buildings are designed to blend-in with the horse farms surrounding the site, with each of the warehouses totaling 85,000 sq. ft. in size and the barrel transfer facility offering up an additional 15,000 sq. ft. of space.
