Project Overview
Haven Behavioral Health is a national behavioral health hospital that offers customized treatments for individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues.
Kelley Construction completed this 48,750 sq.ft. renovation of Haven’s former 3 story L-TACH and Hospice hospital for a new behavioral health hospital with inpatient sleeping units on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The renovation included the relocation of non load bearing walls as well as new plumbing, electrical and HVAC equipment. New floors, ceilings and finishes were installed throughout the space with all fixtures in patient areas being behavioral health compliant and anti-ligature.
