Kelley Construction was awarded the construction of (16) ringwall foundations for Texas International Terminals to support their liquid storage capacity expansion. This liquid storage expansion project added approximately 3,800,000 BBL capacity to the existing facility. Texas International Terminals is a world-class liquid and dry bulk multi-modal facility for deep draft vessel, unit train, manifest rail, barge, and trucking along the Galveston Ship Channel. Kelley Construction’s scope of work for this project included the construction of foundations for (1) 110’ tank (2) 14’ diameter tanks, and (13) 150’ diameter tanks.
