In January of 2011, Southeast Christian Church held its first service in its new satellite building located in Crestwood, KY. The 2-story building is 37,000 sq. ft. and features a sanctuary with 735 seats, a baptismal pool, and state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment. In addition, the building houses classrooms and nursery facilities.
Many long-term residents of Oldham County remember the location as Crestwood Station’s Winn-Dixie. Today, the exterior facade mirrors Southeast locations in Louisville, KY and Jeffersonville, IN. Transformation of the facility involved demolition and adaptation of both the interior and exterior to meet the needs of Southeast.
