Kelley Construction completed several projects for the CITGO E. Chicago, Indiana terminal, involving the construction of tank ring-wall foundations and various equipment foundations. The project was a success thanks to Kelley’s skilled and experienced field crew and leadership, who delivered high-quality work and earned the client’s trust to obtain more work scopes.
Kelley’s work included the 52’ and 30’ ring-wall foundations with cathodic protection and dike wall. A 37’ x 50’ containment pad with piers for the additive tanks, new loading lane, 13’ x 12’ transformer foundation, 24’ x 12’ MCC foundation, 44’ x 29’ VRU foundation pad, and the 67’ x 21’ blending pump skid pad and foundation.
