Project Overview
The gorgeous 187,500 sq. ft. senior care facility in the heart of Middletown, Ky offers both Independent and Enhanced Living units. The Independent Living facilities feature apartments that are versatile in design. They have the luxury of a care-free environment with multiple amenities, while still living an independent life. There are 120 Independent Living units ranging from cozy studio apartments to large multi-room units. The 42 Enhanced Living Units range from studio-style apartment to larger units. Residents in these units are provided with the assistance they need while still maintaining their independence. Kelley Construction has also been the general contractor on two other StoryPoint facilities in Fairfield, OH and Union, KY
