Project Overview
LG&E (Louisville Gas and Electric Company) and KU (Kentucky Utilities Company) serves more than 1.3 million customers for natural gas and electric needs in Kentucky and Virginia.
Kelley Construction was contracted to complete the 100,000 sq. ft. renovation of their new headquarters in Louisville, KY. This was a 3-story renovation project that included updates to conferences rooms, office space, break rooms and a new, fresh look to the main lobby. This project allows LG&E and KU employees to collaborate and work together in one office building to better serve the needs of their customers. This project was completed in 2024 over the course of 10 months.
