Kelley Construction completed the civil construction work for the rail offload expansion at the Kinder Morgan Greensboro terminal. As a subcontractor, Kelley coordinated with our client to handle multiple scope changes and project execution updates that occurred after the project started. Our team demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in managing these changes on a large-scale project.
Kelley’s work involved; site demolition, clearing and grubbing, 26,000 cubic yards of earthwork, 2,200 tons of stone for rail pad and sub ballast preparation, equipment foundations, 4,000 LF of HDPE pipe, gravel and concrete driveways, and 7-acres of hydroseeding.
