Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University

Located directly in Nashville’s West End district and adjacent to Vanderbilt University, this 311-unit hotel overlooks the Commodores’ football stadium. In 2018, the hotel began renovations as a part of a re-concepting to modernize the space.
All of the guest rooms underwent renovations including LVT flooring, new paint, and accent vinyl murals. Popcorn finishes were removed from ceilings, and the ceilings were refinished. Two rooms were converted to meet ADA code compliance.
