ZirMed

Established in 1999, ZirMed is one of the premier health information connectivity and management solution companies in Louisville.  Kelley Construction has completed numerous phases of renovations at ZirMed. The 11-story building is located on Market Street in downtown Louisville, KY.

Kelley completed a build-out on the first floor which features a lobby area, cafe, dining area, and conference room area. The lobby houses a virtual receptionist screen and cutting-edge contemporary finishes. Kelley Construction is currently completing a full kitchen on the first floor which will serve as a restaurant for both employees and the public.

Kelley Construction has completed many other renovations throughout the building. These renovations include a cafe and office space on the second floor, complete renovation on the seventh floor, office additions on the eleventh floor, and updates to the exterior of the building. The exterior renovations feature a pavilion area, a completely reworked main entry point, a stone wall for the entrance area, and new signage.
