Logan Street

The Logan Street project was a full 9,000 sq.ft. renovation of the interior and exterior of a 150 year old building and included improvements to the existing property. To keep the original charm and character of the Logan Street building, existing features and materials were incorporated into the renovations, while upgrading to modern finishes. A full bar, serving kitchen and art gallery make up the majority of the basement and first floor, while office and meeting spaces are housed on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
