Kelley Construction was awarded a multi-scope project for a greenfield compressor station in Medina, OH. This quick paced project, with significant last-minute scope changes, allowed Kelley to highlight its capabilities to execute a multi-scope civil project, while coordinating with multiple contractors on a congested 7-acre site. Scope included access road, clearing and site preparation, stormwater pond, pier foundations, and equipment & building foundations.

The owner’s onsite representative commended Kelley’s onsite management for their “outstanding workmanship, professionalism, accuracy, and punctuality”.
