Glenview Trust Company

The Glenview Trust Company is one of the largest independent trust companies in Kentucky that works exclusively with individual and their families. The new 3-story headquarters is 40,000 sq. ft. and sits on 3.8 acres on Hwy 42 in Louisville, Kentucky. The building is equipped with modern technology including sound masking conference spaces. There is a large café and breakroom space on the second floor as well as lounge areas. A conference center allows space for luncheons as well as other events such as trainings and seminars.

The sloping topography of this site made it a challenging location for the project. A bridge was designed not only for increased access to the new building but to preserve a small creek located on the property.
