Bardstown Eastern
Project Overview
The Bardstown Eastern building is located in the Bardstown Road Overly District, a densely populated commercial/residential area in Louisville, KY. The structure was specifically designed to make an architectural statement. In doing so, Kelley was challenged with developing a modern retail/office building that paired well with the surrounding area. The building is a 2-story, brick veneer structure with approximately 9,500 sq. ft. The second floor of the building is home to Design+ with retail businesses, such as Heine Brothers’ Coffee, occupying the ground floor. Kelley Construction also completed the tenant build-out work for both Design+ and Heine Brothers’ Coffee.
