Appriss

The Appriss project is a 100,000 SF commercial office interior renovation and fit-up that enabled an innovative and fast-moving company to relocate its’ 450 plus employees from multiple locations in Louisville, KY to one, employee-centric office space. While the office environment was designed to provide the workforce of technology and data science experts productive and efficient work areas including workstations for resident and remote workers and a variety of meeting and training rooms; many spaces were also created with team building, employee retention and well-being in mind. These spaces include Coffee Bars on each employee floor for departmental gatherings; individual phone rooms for private conversations; a Café where employees may dine together or hold casual meetings; a game room for employees to build friendships and unwind in between deadlines; dedicated lactation rooms for new mothers and a Wellness Center for employees and their families. Since moving into the new headquarters, Appriss has found that employees that used to work from home, now prefer to come into the office.

The sleek and modern finish of this space has transformed the interior of this building attracting the most talented work force in the tech industry. This office brings work, comfort and play together with comfortable office spaces, numerous cafés, gathering space and groups meeting rooms, along with the ever so popular game room. This room consists of ping pong tables, and x-box, a play station and a shuffle board.
