This three-month project involved a full upgrade of an existing wastewater treatment facility at the Churchill Downs Harlow Casino Resort & Spa, and included civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical work. Key features included 3,319 cubic yards of cut and fill operations, 600 linear feet of SWPPP controls, 325 linear feet of underground piping, and 660 tons of surface stone for grading. Concrete work included 193 cubic yards of placement and 14.5 tons of rebar. Equipment installation featured two clarifiers, one sludge tank, one equalization tank, and eight process blowers. The team also completed underground sewer piping, final grading, and site restoration. Electrical work, performed by a subcontractor, included all necessary infrastructure and equipment connections for plant operations.
