Project Overview
Born in an antique shop in Chicago, the Potbelly concept of a neighborhood sandwich shop has grown into a multi-state sensation.
The first Louisville, KY location is one of the brand’s largest locations at 2,600 sq. ft. Kelley built the project on the ground floor of a historic building in the heart of the downtown business district. Utilizing existing elements of the more than 100-year-old building, the facility features an exposed, yet refinished, ceiling and stamped concrete floor.
