Nicklies Enterprise Warehouse
Project Overview
The Nicklies Enterprise Warehouse project involved the design and construction of a 175,000 sq.ft. tilt-up concrete speculative warehouse, built to accommodate a variety of industrial uses. The scope of work also involved fully integrated MEP systems which included energy-efficient HVAC, LED lighting, electrical infrastructure, and plumbing designed for tenant flexibility. The duration of this tilt-up build was about a year.
