About Us

Our New Culture of Construction

So, what is the new culture of construction? That’s easy–it’s our people. We choose people who choose construction, meaning every day we come to work, we are doing what we love.

A Culture of Excellence

Our cultural excellence stems from our collective passion for building. From the front office to the field, that passion runs deep.

We believe that how you are in any relationship is how you are in every relationship. Within our company and with our clients, we value cultivating a collaborative spirit. Collaboration creates an environment where respect, trust, and empowerment flourish.

Through three decades, we’ve thrived on the foundation of our values. Establishing long-standing relationships with clients and invaluable bonds with our people. These partnerships drive us to continue providing quality and excellence to those we serve.

Community Outreach

Community Outreach

As a company, we support and encourage community outreach on both a corporate and personal level.

In addition to working with nonprofits, the Kelley Construction team participates in donations and sponsorships, soup kitchen volunteering, and other opportunities to contribute supplies, time, and money to those in need—like project fit, where we supply labor and materials to selected public elementary schools to design and build fitness areas that promote physical activity and healthy habits in students.

Our team is always looking for personal opportunities to make a difference in the lives of those around us, as well. Recently, we heard someone had stolen a young girl’s wheelchair from her family’s porch. Our outreach team gathered some partners to replace her wheelchair and build a specially designed front and rear access ramp for her family’s home, exceeding their needs.
