Kelley Construction was Honored with Two ABC Awards of Excellence

Indiana/Kentucky Chapter at the 2016 Merit Shop Awards Gala in September.

Kelley Construction took first place in two categories. The Park Community Headquarters project was presented the Award of Excellence for the Commercial $10-25M projects, and The Parklands (Turkey Run Park & Broad Run Park) received the Award of Excellence for Infrastructure/ Public Services. Scott Wyatt served as the Project Manager on both projects.

Park Community

The Park Community Headquarters building is a two-story, 42,570 square foot facility located off Blankenbaker Parkway in Louisville, KY. This project was submitted for the $3-10M Commercial category, but because of the strong submission, ABC decided it was more appropriate to compete in the $10-20M Commercial category.

The Parklands

The Parklands (Turkey Run Park & Broad Run Park is a progressive and world-class addition to Louisville’s extensive park system. Turkey Run Park is an 800-acre park, while Broad Run is 600-acres. Both phases of the Parklands were completed in 2016.
