Kelley Construction, Inc. Announces New Office Opening in Louisiana

announced the opening of a new office in the Louisiana market. The new operation is located in Gonzales, 20 miles southeast of Baton Rouge. Strategically located in an area known for dense petroleum activity, a market Kelley has been serving for more than 30 years.
