Norman Berry Associates is the architectal firm that designed and created blue-prints for the $39.5 million, 142,000-square-foot Kindred Healthcare Inc. expansion project for South Fourth Street and Broadway downtown. Hafferman offered kudos to Kindred for hiring many local firms throughout the project rather than looking at national firms for a majority of the work. “I think Kindred is a great company, and I love what they’re doing.”
