Kelley Construction was honored with two Awards of Excellence in Construction from the Associated Builders and Contractors, Indiana/Kentucky Chapter, at the 2023 Merit Shop Awards Gala.
Kelley Construction took home awards in two categories. The St. Joseph Children’s Home project was presented with the Award of Excellence in the Historical Renovation $10-25M category, and the Louisville Renaissance Zone Corporation (LRZC) was awarded in the Industrial Warehouse category

Louisville Business First named the Galt House Hotel renovations as the Hotel Deal of the year in 2021.
Business First Largest General Contractor – 2018 & 2020
Louisville Business First named Kelley Construction as the largest general contractor in Louisville, KY. The Louisville area refers to Kentucky’s Jefferson, Bullitt, Oldham and Shelby counties and Indiana’s Clark, Floyd and Harrison counties.
American Institute of Architects 2020 Honor Award
Gilda’s Club Kentuckiana was the recipient of the AIA Honor Award for Additions/Renovations/Restoration over $5M. They highlighted the “dexterous use of color, daylight, and connections to the exterior in support of the organization’s wellness mission.”
ENR Top 400 Contractors – 2018, 2020
Kelley received national recognition from ENR as one of the top 400 contractors in the country.
Business First Commercial Real Estate Awards – 2018
The Kindred Square project was named as a Commercial Real Estate Champion at the 2018 Louisville Business First Commercial Real Estate Awards ceremony in April.

Green Samaritan Award – 2013
Commitment to serve, commitment to listen, commitment to improve: each of these are the characteristics that led a judging committee to select Personal Counseling Service’s 2013 Samaritan Awards Winners.
Award winners were selected from a pool of 25 candidates who were nominated by community members, according to a press release. Each of the five awards focuses on a different category: from single individual to for-profit company.

Kentuckiana ABC Award of Excellence – 2013
This award was in recognition of the work completed on Phase 2B of the Parklands Floyds Fork, a multi-phase park project in the east end of Louisville. Work involved simultaneous construction of 12 components across an expansive 220 acre site.
