Kelley Construction was honored with two Awards of Excellence in Construction from the Associated Builders and Contractors, Indiana/Kentucky Chapter, at the 2023 Merit Shop Awards Gala.

Kelley Construction took home awards in two categories. The St. Joseph Children’s Home project was presented with the Award of Excellence in the Historical Renovation $10-25M category, and the Louisville Renaissance Zone Corporation (LRZC) was awarded in the Industrial Warehouse category

Louisville Business First named L&N Federal Credit Union as the CRE Headquarters Project of the Year in 2022.

Louisville Business First named QSR Automations Inc. as the CRE Tech Project of the Year in 2022.

Louisville Business First named the Glenview Trust Company Headquarters as the Top New HQ Deal of the year in 2021.

Louisville Business First named the Galt House Hotel renovations as the Hotel Deal of the year in 2021.

Louisville Business First named Kelley Construction as the largest general contractor in Louisville, KY. The Louisville area refers to Kentucky’s Jefferson, Bullitt, Oldham and Shelby counties and Indiana’s Clark, Floyd and Harrison counties.

Gilda’s Club Kentuckiana was the recipient of the AIA Honor Award for Additions/Renovations/Restoration over $5M. They highlighted the “dexterous use of color, daylight, and connections to the exterior in support of the organization’s wellness mission.”

Kelley received national recognition from ENR as one of the top 400 contractors in the country.

The Kindred Square project was named as a Commercial Real Estate Champion at the 2018 Louisville Business First Commercial Real Estate Awards ceremony in April.

The Magnolia Springs Florence project was presented the Award of Excellence for the Healthcare $10-25M projects.

Kelley Construction took first place in two categories. The Park Community Headquarters project was presented the Award of Excellence for the Commercial $10-25M projects, and The Parklands (Turkey Run Park & Broad Run Park) received the Award of Excellence for Infrastructure/ Public Services.

Kelley was acknowledged for our participation in the following projects:

• Best Retail/Restaurant/Hospitality Projects – McMahan Plaza Kroger Expansion and Shopping Center Redevelopment
• Best Office Project – 700 North Hurstbourne Building, Shelbyhurst

This was the third annual Commercial Real Estate Awards hosted by Louisville Business First. Kelley Construction is honored to have been nominated and recognized at this years awards ceremony.

This is the most prestigious award given by Texas Roadhouse and the second time that Kelley Construction has been acknowledged by Texas Roadhouse, having previously received the Vendor Legendary Award in 2008 for “above and beyond” commitment and service on the national level.

Commitment to serve, commitment to listen, commitment to improve: each of these are the characteristics that led a judging committee to select Personal Counseling Service’s 2013 Samaritan Awards Winners.

Award winners were selected from a pool of 25 candidates who were nominated by community members, according to a press release. Each of the five awards focuses on a different category: from single individual to for-profit company.

This award was in recognition of the work completed on Phase 2B of the Parklands Floyds Fork, a multi-phase park project in the east end of Louisville. Work involved simultaneous construction of 12 components across an expansive 220 acre site.
